About Popslime

At first, Popslime looks like a simple game about chasing adorable little monsters around a grassy arena. Give it a few seconds, though, and the real challenge becomes clear: defeat as many slimes as possible before the countdown runs out. This top-down action RPG mixes hands-on monster popping with idle combat and incremental upgrades, creating a loop that makes every run feel like a chance to get stronger.

You control a glowing ring that moves across the battlefield. Guide it over the slimes to damage and defeat them while an archer, towers, and unlocked abilities attack automatically. Monsters drop gold and other loot, which you can use to improve your setup for the next attempt.

Sweep Through Slime Crowds and Build Your Damage

The main objective is to reach each stage's monster-kill target before time expires. As shown in the opening challenge, defeating 11 monsters unlocks Stage 2 and earns a skull reward. Later stages raise the difficulty, so simply repeating the same movements may not be enough.

A beneficial approach is to sweep your cursor across groups of enemies rather than spending too long targeting one slime. Your automatic attacks provide extra damage while you focus on covering the arena efficiently.

Turn Gold and Loot into a Stronger Setup

Defeating monsters is only half the fun. Popslime features a large upgrade tree with 167 nodes, giving you plenty of ways to improve your combat performance. You can increase damage, extend run duration, and unlock additional systems as you progress.

Four special skills add more firepower: Lightning Chain, Rain of Arrows, Knight Slash, and Vampire Explosion. You can also develop your archer, build different tower types, collect runes, and improve gems with various stat bonuses.

The campaign contains 40 stages, with tougher enemies and better rewards as you advance. Once you've completed the main stages, Endless Mode offers another challenge. Boss Runs and Treasure Runs provide additional ways to earn rewards and test your upgrades.
